From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'OakfenRidge' started with a vision: delivering original Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family established our pizza shop in 1985 as a humble, locally-run business with recipes passed down for generations.
Margherita Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered pizza craft during her stays across Italy, gleaning knowledge from Naples' legendary pizza chefs. Once she came back to the UK, her goal was to offer the essence of genuine Italian pizza, maintaining traditional methods and using prime ingredients.
From our origins as a quaint pizzeria with only 12 seats, we've blossomed into a cherished neighborhood gem. Yet, our devotion to bringing superior quality and authenticity hasn't wavered. We remain true to the original wood-fired oven practices, shaping our dough from scratch every day, and seeking out the best ingredients available.
Even now, 'OakfenRidge' is a family enterprise, steered by the Bianchi lineage's second generation. While we've incorporated modern touches, our essence persists in serving delectable, true-to-roots pizza that gathers folks together.
